Recipe:

500gm Qibla Banana Muffin Premix Flour

2 eggs

330gm banana

150gm corn oil

Preparation method:

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined. Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes. Allow the muffin to cool.
